As the leader in pool management in the OKC Metro area, we are proud of our successful structure that allows us to fully support our lifeguard teams and also meet the needs of our customers. 

Our area supervisors oversee multiple pools and ensure we continue offering the best in service. They build and maintain strong teams at each pool and oversee all operations at their pools. 

Ideal candidates possess the following:

1. ​Strong communication skills
   
2. Punctuality and reliability
3. Positive and approachable demeanor (even under stress)
   
4. Ability to be on-call Memorial Day to Labor Day (perfect job for TEACHERS!)
   
5. Patience and teaching skills
   
6. Basic pool knowledge or a strong willingness to learn; mechanically inclined a plus
   
7. Ability to lift heavy objects
8. An interest in a cool summer job with a great team
